Dale has partnered with the firm since he joined the Massachusetts bar in 1981. He brings deft negotiating and drafting skills to his practice of banking and commercial law. He most enjoys the challenge of finding a win-win solution for a complex transaction—“devising a way to reach the client’s goals while accommodating the goals of the other parties.”

Dale represents banks or borrowers in commercial financing transactions; buyers or sellers of commercial real estate; lessors or lessees in commercial lease negotiations; buyers or sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses; and business owners and organizations in general corporate matters.
