As the firm’s senior litigation partner, Jimmy relishes the drama and challenge of the courtroom. He describes litigation as “the art and science of coordinating legal issues with evidence in an effort to convince the court of a client’s position. It’s the one professional experience that requires you to be producer, director and actor, all at the same time.”

Throughout his career, Jimmy has represented clients in every court in the Commonwealth. His practice concentrates primarily in diverse civil matters such as contract and tort claims between individuals and corporations, complex commercial litigation, personal injury claims, stockholder disputes, medical malpractice, probate and domestic relation cases, municipal disputes and employment litigation. He has been with the firm for the past decade.
