Paul C. Foley
Partner
Paul joined Mountain Dearborn in 2005 as a litigator, counseling individuals and organizations in family and business disputes. He enjoys all phases of litigation—beginning with the initial phone call or meeting with clients to explore their concerns and determine a legal framework, to strategizing about posture and approach, to negotiations or hearings and trials—“problem, solution and resolution.”
A thoughtful listener with a talent for clear explanations, Paul specializes in litigating issues of fiduciary duty; will contests; conflicts among shareholders and business owners; derivative actions; employment litigation; contractual disputes; and family disputes, including divorce and child custody. In addition, he advises business owners regarding their ongoing activities.
